Orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 4:00 PM, will be delivered within 24 hours from the handover of the package to the courier. This service is valid for any product in the scut-protection.com stock labeled as "In stock".
Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM will only be delivered on Monday.
Depending on the selected payment method (bank transfer, bank card), the delivery time may vary.
In case of canceled orders or returns within 60 days, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased from www.scut-protection.com and want to cancel the purchase and get your money back, you can apply for the product return procedure within 60 days, according to Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, regarding consumer protection in distance contracts.
The 60-day period for exercising this right begins:
a) For products, from the date they are received by the consumer;
b) For services, from the day the contract is concluded;
A distance contract is defined as a contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, under a system organized by the trader, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication before and at the conclusion of this contract.
The 14-day return right is only available to customers who have purchased products online from www.scut-protection.com.
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 days, without penalties and without providing any reason.
According to Ordinance No. 34/2014, the consumer is responsible for paying the costs of returning the products to the seller.
Product returns are made via courier service. The product will be picked up by a courier agent for return to the seller.
After the return is approved, you will be notified by email, and the product will be picked up by a courier within approximately 2 business days from the address you provided.
In case of return via courier, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
If the return conditions are met, SC. SCUT PROTECTION S.R.L. commits to refund the amount paid for the returned product within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product by the seller.

The returned product should ideally be sent back in its original packaging (if available) with all accessories and accompanying documents to preserve the value of the goods and prevent transit damage.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you can examine the goods as you would have been able to in a retail store.

Should the returned product show signs of use beyond simple examination, damage (e.g., scratches, dents), or missing accessories that diminish its value, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for this diminished value from the refund amount. The amount of the deduction will be communicated to you after assessment of the goods.

Defective or Damaged Products at the Time of Delivery/Receipt
We do our best to deliver products without defects. However, if you receive a defective product, all you need to do is contact the scut-protection.com team at info@scutmotor.co, and we will arrange for the product to be replaced. If the product is non-functional within the first 24-72 hours of receipt, you can report this and request a replacement or a refund. The return and replacement shipping costs are covered by SC. SCUT PROTECTION S.R.L. If the package shows visible damage upon delivery by the courier, we recommend refusing to accept it. -
Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you received a product other than the one ordered, please report it as soon as possible so the product can be returned and replaced with the correct one. The return process starts by completing the Return Form and filling in all fields. All return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by SC. SCUT PROTECTION S.R.L. If the ordered product does not match the specifications on our website, you can return it for replacement or a full refund. Please fill out the Return Form for this. If you agree to replace it with a product of higher value, you will pay the difference, and if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund. The return and replacement shipping costs are covered by SC. SCUT PROTECTION S.R.L., if applicable.
General Notes: Damaging the products or rendering them unsellable will result in the return being refused.
